Deliveries and returns
DELIVERY:
Delivery times in Continental France: Shipment may take up to six to ten working days after the validation of your payment, but it usually takes 48 hours. If, for any reason beyond our control, particularly in the case of hand-crafted items, the delivery time exceeds two weeks, we will notify you by mail, or phone. Parcels are sent by registered mail via Colissimo (French parcel services) with insurance and tracking services. Your signature will be required upon receipt of the parcel. Deliveries by the French postal service (La Poste) are made from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. We are not responsible for any changes to the postal schedules and hours of business, and are therefore not liable for any delays in shipping as a result of any changes.
International delivery times: Shipment will take place four to twenty working days after the validation of your payment, depending on the country of destination. Parcels are sent via Colissimo Suivi International, first-class mail. The hours of delivery have been provided by the local postal service. We are not responsible for any errors or changes.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
Coutellerie Ceccaldi may not be held liable in the event of a delay due to errors or disruptions, attributable to the transporter (for example, post or transport strikes). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery, and to report any damages attributable to the transporter on the delivery slip, as well as to Coutellerie Ceccaldi, within two working days after delivery. Any delay in the delivery does not give you the right to cancel the sale, reject the goods, or claim damages. The delivery can only be cancelled in case of force majeure. In that case, the sale will be cancelled and the purchaser reimbursed. The progress of all our parcels is tracked.
Our offers are subject to availability. Offers on items which are not in stock are subject to availability at their suppliers'.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs in Continental France: Shipping costs amount to 10 euros via Colissimo registered mail with insurance and tracking services, and signature on delivery.
Shipping costs outside Continental France: For any shipment outside Continental France, the shipping costs are fixed (price scale of postal services), and are calculated according to the weight of the parcel and its destination. These costs typically range from 20 to 40 Euros. All shipments are carried out via Colissimo Suivi International, with insurance and signature on delivery. The delivery cost is calculated automatically, and will be displayed on your purchase order.
